Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces

1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips

1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Directions

1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the softened butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth. Gradually incorporate the granulated sugar and brown sugar, continuing to whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.

3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, making sure they are fully blended into the mixture.

4. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring well to ensure the dry ingredients are uniform.

5. Slowly add the flour mixture to the creamy mixture, stirring until just combined to avoid overmixing.

6. Gently fold in the Reese’s Pieces, peanut butter chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups until they are well distributed.

7. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough, rolling each scoop into a ball.

8. Place the dough balls onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Press down slightly on each ball to flatten them.

9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn a light golden brown.

10. Once baked, let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
