No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls Recipe

Ingredients
✨ 1 ½ cups (about 150g) graham cracker crumbs
✨ 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
✨ 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
✨ 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
✨ ½ cup powdered sugar
✨ ½ cup creamy peanut butter
✨ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✨ 1 cup melted white chocolate (for coating)
✨ ½ cup melted milk or dark chocolate (for topping)
✨ Crushed peanuts or toffee bits (optional topping)

✅ Instructions
✨ In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until it forms a sandy texture.
✨ Press a small amount of the mixture into the bottom of silicone molds or shape into small bases by hand.
✨ In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
✨ Scoop or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the graham base, shaping into balls.
✨ Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
✨ Dip each ball into melted white chocolate to fully coat it.
✨ Drizzle or spoon melted milk/dark chocolate on top.
✨ Add crushed peanuts or toffee bits before the chocolate sets.
✨ Chill for 10–15 minutes until completely firm.
