Refreshing Celery Detox Drink

This fresh green drink is light, refreshing, and packed with nutrients that support hydration and overall wellness.

✅ Note: Celery doesn’t “cleanse” organs directly — your liver and kidneys already do that naturally. But this drink can support hydration and digestion as part of a healthy lifestyle.

📝 Ingredients

  • 4–5 fresh celery stalks
  • 1 handful fresh parsley (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ½ green apple (optional for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Wash celery and parsley well.
  2. Chop into small pieces.
  3. Add to blender with water and lime juice.
  4. Blend until smooth (1–2 minutes).
  5. Strain if you prefer a smoother juice, or drink as is for more fiber.
  6. Serve fresh over ice.
