Garlic Butter Baked Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the shrimp in a baking dish in a single layer.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and toss lightly to coat.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Serving idea:
Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the delicious garlic butter sauce. 😋
