Garlic Butter Baked Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the shrimp in a baking dish in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the mixture over the shrimp and toss lightly to coat.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Serving idea:
Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to soak up the delicious garlic butter sauce. 😋
