Bay Leaf and Clove Herbal Tea

Ingredients
2–3 dried bay leaves
4–6 cloves
2 cups water
(Optional) honey or lemon to taste
Instructions
Rinse the bay leaves and cloves.
In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the bay leaves and cloves to the boiling water.
Simmer for 10–15 minutes on low heat until the water turns light brown and aromatic.
Strain the tea into a cup.
Add honey or lemon if desired.
Drink warm.
