How many eggs are in the pan

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs (or as many as you want to cook)
  • 1-2 tbsp butter or oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add butter or oil and let it melt, swirling to coat the bottom of the pan.
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl (or crack directly into the pan if you’re comfortable doing so).
  4. Gently slide the eggs into the pan, making sure not to break the yolks.
  5. Cook for 2-4 minutes, depending on how runny or firm you want your yolks. For fried eggs with runny yolks, cook just until the whites are set. For fully cooked eggs, flip them and cook for another minute or so.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
