Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 1.2–1.5 kg (2.5–3 lbs) chuck roast, cut into large cubes
- 4–5 medium potatoes, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 packet (or 1 cup) beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix (or 1 tbsp seasoning blend)

👩🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker
Lightly grease or spray inside. - Layer ingredients
Add potatoes and onion at the bottom.
Place beef cubes on top. - Add liquids & seasoning
Sprinkle onion soup mix over beef.
Pour beef broth evenly over everything. - Cook
- Low: 8 hours (best for tender meat)
- High: 4–5 hours
- Finish & serve
Stir gently. Meat should be fork-tender.
Taste and adjust salt if needed.
