Creamy Soursop Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh soursop pulp (seeds removed)
  • 1 cup cold milk (or coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or sugar (to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Scoop out the soursop pulp and remove all seeds.
  2. Add pulp, milk, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice and blend again until chilled.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • Soursop has a naturally sweet-tangy flavor—like pineapple + strawberry + citrus.
  • Coconut milk gives it a richer, tropical taste.
