- 500–700 g beef stew meat (cut into cubes)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup water (or beef broth)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Place the raw beef cubes in a glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with water (or broth).
- Pour the mixture over the beef (just like in the image).
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the beef is tender and juicy.
